Information presented at course will help me improve and the material presented will be incorporated in my practice in the following way

1. Program Duration and Structure:

  • Consider extending the program to 4 days to avoid information overload.
  • Plan for shorter, more focused sessions with breaks in between.
  • Ensure timings are adhered to and sessions are time-bound.

2. Educational Material and Presentation:

  • Provide study materials in advance of each session.
  • Make presentations more interactive and less dense.
  • Incorporate live demonstrations instead of recorded videos for lab tours.
  • Use more animated presentations to enhance engagement.

3. Content and Delivery:

  • Include more clinical-oriented topics and case discussions.
  • Focus on practical aspects and hands-on training in laboratory sessions.
  • Provide more details on basic and advanced hematological approaches.

4. Specific Feedback:

  • Improve clarity and audibility during lab tours and sessions.
  • Consider smaller group settings for more effective learning.
  • Ensure that topics covered are relevant and not too exhaustive.
