Dear Delegate,
The aim of this CME is to expose physicians in post graduate training programs to the field of Haematology. We anticipate that participants of this CME will have a better understanding of both laboratory and clinical aspects of Haematology at the end of this program. We also hope that by attending these CME physicians in training will be sensitized to the opportunities of Haematology as a career both in the laboratory and in the clinic.
The CME is designed to include didactic lectures on important topics followed by a tour and demonstration in the laboratories. There will be time to discuss all aspects of Haematology with experts in the field. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the potential for training for this specialty and the career prospects in this country. The participant should come well prepared to derive maximum benefit and interact with peers and teachers. Towards this some summary slides of the planned talks and education material is available on the web site, selected participants are strongly encouraged to study this prior to attending the CME.
