• Please enter your correct mail ID and phone number
• Upload your Bonafide Certificate (College Name, Year of studying, Department-attested by HOD).
• Check your inbox for a verification mail and follow the link to verify your email address.
• Make your Payment through online.
• Download / take a print out of the completed application form and the application confirmation page for your reference. (Do not send a hard copy of your application form to the CMC).
